When conducting a notarial act, certain fees may apply, depending on the type of service. These typically include:
- Court fees: (If the notarial deed includes an application for an entry in the Land and Mortgage Register), which the notary collects and remits to the relevant court
- Taxes: Which the notary collects and remits to the relevant tax office (i.e., tax on civil law transactions or inheritance and donation tax).
- CREWAN" fee: A charge of PLN 5 for the notary to place an electronic excerpt of the notarial deed in the Central Electronic Register of Notarial Excerpts.
- Notary's remuneration:This fee is determined by the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of August 28, 2004, concerning the maximum rates for notary fees
