Donation agreements

A donation agreement is a contract where the donor gratuitously transfers assets from their estate to the donee. Simply put, it's an agreement where the giver transfers an item to the recipient without demanding payment in return.

Information Required for Concluding the Agreement:

  1. Details of the parties involved: Full name, parents' names, PESEL number (if unavailable, date and place of birth), residential address (and correspondence address, if different), identification document number, place of birth (city and country), and citizenship.
  2. Land and Mortgage Register (Księga Wieczysta) number for the property or the cooperative right to the premises.
  3. Value of the subject of the agreement.
  4. Relationship between the parties (e.g., family ties).
  5. Whether a servitude or right of usufruct will be established to ensure the donor's ability to reside in and use the subject of the agreement.
  6.  Any other additional agreements.
